Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Pie Tours Private Limited, we understand that plans can change. Our goal is to make the cancellation and refund process as clear and straightforward as possible. Below are the detailed terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds:

 

Cancellation and Refund Terms

Cancellation Timeframes and Refund Amounts:

  • 60 days or more prior to departure: 95% refund excluding taxes and service charges.
  • 60 to 30 days prior to departure: 60% refund excluding taxes and service charges.
  • 30 to 10 days prior to departure: 30% refund excluding taxes and service charges.
  • Less than 10 days prior to departure: No refund.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 business days once initiated.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the account provided by the customer.

Cancellation Notification:

  • All cancellation requests must be notified via email to our customer service team.
  • No Refunds for Unused Services:
  • No refund will be provided for any unused services on the tour, including but not limited to hotels, rides, meals, entrance fees, meditation classes, spas, and flights, regardless of the reason.
  • No Refunds Due to Weather Conditions:
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations of events, sightseeing tours, flights, etc., that occur during the trip due to weather conditions or other climatic factors.
  • No Refunds for No-Shows or Missed Flights:
  • No refund is applicable if a traveler misses their flight or fails to show up on the day of the tour.
  • No Refunds for Early Termination of Trip:
  • No refund will be provided if you decide to end your trip midway after it has commenced.
  • No Refunds on Flight Bookings:
  • No refund is applicable on flight bookings made through Pie Tours.

General Conditions

The above conditions apply to all bookings and services provided by Pie Tours unless otherwise stated in writing.
